Office Hours & Scheduling

Our office is by-appointment only, we are not a walk-in clinic. We are generally open Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays. Hours vary seasonally to serve our community’s ebbs and flows. Appointments are always by advance reservation. We require 2 business days / 48 hours notice to change or cancel an appointment without incurring a broken appointment charge, and Mondays are not counted as a business day for us since there is no one in the office. This means for Tuesday appointments being cancelled or rescheduled, we need to know by or before your appointment time on the previous Thursday, and for Wednesday appointments we need to know by or before your appointment time on the previous Friday. This allows us adequate time to offer your appointment to another patient in need of treatment and for them to request time off work or secure childcare, etc.

Appointment Policy & Fees

Our broken appointment charge is $160 per hour of reserved appointment time. Please note that this is not for punitive purposes; it is simply the economic requirement for operating a high-quality dental practice utilizing state of the art technology, and paying our outstanding professional staff a living wage for this area.
